Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

After registering your return, you have 14 days to send the product back to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unworn and undamaged

  • The product has not been washed, altered, or used

  • The product is returned in its original condition, where reasonably possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue a partial refund if the product shows signs of use or damage.


Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
This applies to both domestic and international returns, including returns from the United States.

All returns must be shipped to the return address stated above in The Netherlands.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

If approved, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Exceptions

Products that are custom-made or personalized, produced specifically for the customer, are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
